The new embc service enabled by the partnership with Synetrix will deliver increased flexibility and choice to users. This will be initially achieved by having two service tiers:

Over time the list of standard and additional services will be added to as the Services Roadmap is developed, and new services coming into commission will be available through an online catalogue and Pricebook.
Schools and users will have the opportunity to develop the Services Roadmap with embc and Synetrix by suggesting new services/products they may wish to take.
