Embc is registered under the Data Protection act for the information held about users in WebView.
User Organisations AUPs should cover the issues such as access control and password assignation and use, arising under Data Protection, to ensure appropriate use of the data they hold. These should also include information relating to the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act.
